Recommend it for families who enjoy the nightlife
I gotta say, the kids loved the big pools and slides. Every day they charged towards the water like there was no tomorrow, especially the big slide by the kids pool. And that little snack bar by the pool was a lifesaver. they never stopped asking for those Bulgarian donuts!
It wasn't exactly cheap, but for what you get, it was still acceptable.

Ah man, the location's canny lush right on flower street! Loads of bars and restaurants just outside. But the snack bar's a bit dodgy, with rude staff and not much choice for picky eaters. had a dead good time, like!

A splashy family retreat
Our stay was filled with laughter, thanks to the engaging animation team who made water slide days unforgettable. We loved the surprise daily activities that catered to both kids and adults alike.
Late-night noise from clubs kept us awake, and navigating the overworked lifts during peak times was a real test of patience. Dining options often lacked variety, leaving us searching for alternatives.

The WiFi works well in public areas, providing a nice space to relax and connect with friends and family.
The air conditioning in the room was inadequate, making it uncomfortable to sleep at times, especially with the noise from Flower Street.

missingWrote a review on Sept 01exciting slidesgreat selectionfun atmosphereovercrowded liftspoor food qualityloud music
I enjoyed the water slides at the pool. they were exciting and fun for everyone in the family. The pool area was an excellent spot for the kids to play, even though the water was quite cold. The cleaning staff was attentive, tidying the rooms daily, which kept our space relatively clean. The bar had a great selection of drinks, including authentic Coca-Cola and even slush drinks! the noise levels late at night were unbearable. music from nearby clubs blared until 6 a.m., making it hard to sleep. The lifts were another issue. they were tiny and often crowded. A couple of times, I got stuck in them, leading to lengthy waits. The dining options left much to be desired. While breakfast was somewhat edible, the overall food quality was poor, and I often struggled to find something that appealed to my taste. Family-friendly meals were incredibly limited, forcing us to eat out more times than I wanted. The entertainment for kids did not engage my younger one at all. they seemed more focused on adult games. If you’re hoping for a vibrant family atmosphere, this place might not deliver.

Fantastic Animation Team and Fun Pools
We had an incredible week with an amazing animation team that brought so much life and energy to our days. The multiple water slides at the pool were genuinely exciting, and my children, aged 11 to 18, loved every minute spent splashing around. The bar even offered unique slush drinks, which were a hit for my kids during the hot days. the dining options could have been more varied as we often found it challenging to piece together meals that suited our tastes.

We had an incredible time enjoying the stunning waterpark packed with thrilling slides and three connected pools that kept our kids entertained all day. The team's effort to engage us really made the holiday special, especially my husband's bonding moments with the staff.
My children wished the food had more familiar options.

The Standard Twin Room was nice but a bit small for our family of four. Cleanliness was on point with daily tidying, which was great. the noise from Flower Street was relentless at night, making it tough to sleep. The beds were comfy enough, but I wouldn't want to push more than three people in there because space would be cramped. the room had decent facilities, but those noise levels were a definite downside for us.
